With the current war threat hanging over the worlds head once again. I think about the doomsday preppers. Those that are "fully prepared,water,food,shelter". My question to them is, " would you really want your family to survive the initial activity only to watch them die slowly from radiation poisoning when you have to leave the bunker,and leave you will? I can understand wanting to protect and being "proactive" but if the world goes to crap, nothing grows, nothing lives, then what will you eat, what clean water would you drink? To each there own. We are right near the Airforce base,well defended but a target for certain. With all this talk of threats of war, Korea wanting it and calling out to Trump to "bring it", this is something that will not just fade away. Just remember when EMPs happen, everything electrical will no longer work and be useless. Brush up on the basics,if you dont know how to camp or survive, learn, or if you are a total pessimist,get a good comfortable seat so you can sit on your roof and watch all hell break loose and make sure the esky is full.
